During your appointment your specific set of personalized sequenced exercises will be determined by a posture evaluation, biomechanics assessment, gait analysis, and functional tests. You will learn more about your body as you are educated about your dysfunctions and imbalances. You will be instructed on how to do your exercises at home daily. Your exercises will be emailed as a PDF for access on your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
Please bring your calendar to schedule subsequent appointments. By keeping your appointments and performing your routines on a daily basis, you are taking the steps necessary to experience the full effects of your personalized pain-free therapy program.
If you are unable to keep your appointments, please cancel 24-48 hours in advance and reschedule a makeup appointment. Your health and success depends on it.

Pain Free at the Tee is posture therapy for clients of Golf PROs designed to teach exercises to reinforce form and technique introducing movement, strength, and flexibility. Pain Free at the Tee is taught together with the Golf Pro to enjoy golf without limitations. Pain Free at the Tee is a workshop organized into 4 parts:

A postural alignment class is designed to teach exercises to reinforce movement, strength, and flexibility in a sitting position to progress to standing, walking, and coordination of shoulder and hip function.
Strength and Swing- PUTTER
Introduction to exercises that reinforce form and technique with strength and flexibility in golf drills for use of a PUTTER.
Strength and Swing – WOODS
The graduation of exercises that reinforce form and technique with strength and flexibility in golf drills for use of WOODS.
Strength and Swing – DRIVER
The graduation of exercises that reinforce form and technique with strength and flexibility in golf drills for use of a DRIVER.
